Veal under juice


We cook this dish in the old Montenegrin cuisine, in a cauldron, on firewood in a stone hearth, with products from our farm in the mountains. The dish is prepared in accordance with the traditions of the Montenegrin land.





Lamb under juice


We cook this dish on a stone hearth in a cauldron in accordance with the traditions of our ancestors. Light lamb meat with fragrant Mediterranean mountain herbs gives an incredible, valuable combination of taste and flavors.





Mutton under juice


This dish requires special skill in preparation. We adhere to traditional knowledge, preparing the meat in our ancient kitchen, where the aromas of firewood in the hearth and mountain herbs make the dish unique and extremely tasty.





Brodet


We will prepare and serve you Brodet for your family celebration, Christmas. Three types of white fish are added to the broth, stewed in tomato sauce with prunes and paprika. Dry white wine is added to the sauce, we can discuss the details with you. The dish is served with a side dish of corn porridge, rice, baked potatoes or just homemade bread.






Buzara:


These are seafood cooked in a special sauce. Mussels, shrimps, scallops are stewed in white or red wine with the addition of spices and garlic. The dish is served with vegetables, herbs and lemon. A special feature of our Buzara is the choice of fine wine and herbs for making the sauce.
